Digital Employee

RiCo, the digital employee, ready to start recruiting and doing boring paper work so you can focus on other things like what that person from high school is doing these days.

Chat with RiCo in slack, and your convo will carry over to other workspaces.
RiCo is cross-channel and can live in multiple places - no mic required! Chat in Slack, have RiCo document & summarize a Zoom meeting, and even send out e-mails nagging co-workers for feedback. Not nagging, per se, but more like "ask persistently."
RiCo is meant to be non intrusive, but always available. In this example, RiCo lives in a side panel and a user can type or use voice chat to ask RiCo questions or do tasks. Using AI and LLM's, RiCo can make salient suggestions, recommendations and even alerts on a current item or workflow.

Ask RiCo to do your bidding! Here, a user is asking RiCo to generate a notification for new applicants and a reminder to review applicants on Tuesday at 9am.

Overview

As the Principal UX Designer and core contributor to Oracle's RiCo project, I played a key role in shaping the product design for a revolutionary digital employee born out of the Oracle Digital Assistants (ODA) product. RiCo leverages AI and natural language processing to streamline workforce operations, focusing on expediting workflows, aiding in documentation, and ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Impact

While RiCo is in development, the initial impact is promising. The project aims to revolutionize traditional workforce operations by providing a digital employee capable of natural conversations, task automation, and seamless integration with communication channels. The ongoing development phase is expected to unveil a powerful digital employee that transforms how companies approach recruitment, vetting, and onboarding processes.
