A little utility I'm working on that fills out a form and then it sends you a text. Maybe you need to get out of a situation, a bad date, or a legal obligation. Maybe you need to pretend there is an emergency about feeding your fish. This is probably a bad solution, but you have limited options on this date.

Astrology Birth Chart
Astrology birthchart calculator.
For accuracy, know your birth location (city/state), time of birth (local time is cool).
Sorta offline, but needs to pre-load.
Working on the presentation and responsive views - may run into some wonky things (ok, ALOT of wonky things).
Pretty sure its accurate, but it's borrowed JS code - so maybe check with other sources.
Sandwich-Cam
A Raspberry Pi Zero 2W-powered (or under-powered) livestream webcam of my awesome little betta fish, Sandwich.
It works most of the time - no guarantees.
This goes down a lot cuz i don't know how to manage sleep settings on the RPi very well or I wrote some glitchy code, so it's not always up.
